Background: My name is Rochelle Kuphal and I am not your typical Realtor. First of all, my faith in God and my family come before my work. Here’s my family Catie and Cody from our Summer of 2007.

I have personally invested in properties since the age of 19, thanks to my fathers guidance. My father was blessed with Carpenters hands raising myself and my 5 siblings on buying, fixing and selling homes. Trust me I have straightened many nails because my father believed in reuse of all materials. His custom work was truly an artful inspiration. Turning houses that should have been condemned into magnificent homes, where memories and investments build.
Since 2004 I’ve been helping individuals and families with their real estate needs. Focusing on people’s needs and not just a commission check has helped me become a top producer for multiple years and now owning my own brokerage firm.
Even though I’ve represented several buyers, and sellers, I always take my time and provide the best service possible for the clients in front of me. This may be why I’ve developed a client referral base of over 300 people.
When not working hard I try to provide service to community as well, which gives me the ability to interact with all kinds of people from the community.
